The curator of this treasury is Kathy C from SIMPLYBEADEDTREASURE. This shop is full of amazing unique jewelry pieces created by Kathy. Great shop for gifts and a little something for yourself!  Here is a little information Kathy has shared in her shop:

I am a Medical Technologist by trade, but recently became disabled and now have time to devote to my jewelry. Crafting has always been a part of my life. I took art lessons as a child, and have been doing some sort of art or craft ever since. My grandmother taught me how to do simple beadweaving when I was 10 or 11 years old. , but it wasn't until about 5 years ago that I began designing and making my jewelry. I am an avid bead collector and always have a large supply on hand from which to create. My inspiration comes from nature. Color and texture in my work comes from the colors and textures of the natural world.
Right now, my favorite form of expression is bead, embroidery. I was a finalist in the 2008 Fire Mountain Beading Contest with my bead embroidery piece "Vintage Sparkle". (to be added to this site soon) I love being able to put what nature has to offer together to create pieces that will inspire people and…

The winner this week is Nammers of
https://www.etsy.com/shop/NammersCrafts?ref=pr_shop_more

Nammers is relatively new to the team and is very active. Her shop features a variety of things among them items for special needs and jewelry. Now that is a variety!

Here is an excerpt from her about page

I have always loved to sew and crochet since I took home economics in grade school...boy, that was a long time ago. I never had the time to fully throw myself into it though with raising 3 children, going to school, going back to school. Now I have also taken up making jewelry. I enjoy my crafting so much, that my kids and friends have gotten so many handmade gifts and I just keep making things. So.....etsy!
My special interest lies in special needs items. I am always willing to work with you to get a finished project that works the best for you or your loved one.

Bianca is brand new to Etsy and our team and she has jumped in with both feet. She has a great sense of humor as you will see when you read her profile below.

Hello! Welcome to my new shop!
I always feel the urge to "create" something - whether it is crochet, knitting, working with flowers and plants, or rescuing old furniture and give them new looks - there is a saying out that describes myself best:
I'm a crafty girl. I make things and keep making things until my fingers fall off. Then I'll grab my hot glue gun, re-attach those suckers & make more things!

Here is a sample of her shop.

I am a grandmother of 18 and growing, I enjoy alot of different crafts, crocheting as well as knitting, and sewing, for others to enjoy. I have crocheted and Knitted for years, well since being taught in Primary, (a church group for children). I love to see a project come together, I garden, paint, sew and knit, crochet, as well as collect and read lots of great old books.
Well I have been setting up shop here in Colorado since January and since it doesn't look like I am going home any time soon, I have made a few changes here and there.
Also grandchildren have been steady growing and we are to 20 now, counting my 3 lovely great grandchildren.

The curator of this treasury is Hema Rao from BEADEDNECKLACESHOPPE. This shop is full of incredible one of a kind jewelry pieces. Great shop for gifts and a treat or two for yourself!!  Here is a little information Hema Rao has shared in her shop:

I am a teacher and jewelry is my first love. I buy and make a lot of it. To learn the craft I have taken classes in enameling, metalsmithing, lapidary, cold connections and beading in Syracuse University, Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute, and with other private tutors. I teach myself a number of things that interest me. I like beading and metal work for jewelry and is a jack of all trades and would like to be master of everything. Just kidding - I am a very ardent jewelry maker with a life long craving for handmade jewelry.

An Etsian said this of my work and I quote "I couldn't help but notice the creativity, beauty, and fine craftsmanship of your pieces. Kudos!! "

One of the people who bought one of my Etsy listed necklaces said this about her purchase:

" The necklace looks more beautiful in person. The BEADEDNECKLACESHOPPE is the place to purchase high quality and one of a kind signature pieces for your jewelry collection. The designer is extremely professional and responds to her customers quickly about any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this shop!!!!"

You can shop with confidence. My store policies are helpful to both of us. Browse my shop and other Etsy stores. It will be a great source of pleasure.

WINNER OF THE WEEK FOR MOST ACTIVE MEMBER FOR WEEK OF MARCH 2

This week our winner is Spoiled Felines. Lisa is a brand new member that has jumped in with both feet with a whopping  40 participations. Her shop has beautiful hand carved birds, and photos with poems written by her.

Here is what she has to say about herself.

I have always been in awe of nature – its simplicity and beauty inspires me as an artist and as a human being. It seems only natural that I would be drawn to the woodcarving and woodburning arts.

I learned how to work with wood from my father. One day I watched him carve on a block of wood that, over time, he crafted into an exquisitely, detailed duck. I found the process so interesting that I asked him to teach me, which he did.

I put a lot of love and attention to detail into my artistic creations just like my father taught me. You can see our woodwork (and other artistic creations) in our shop, "SpoiledFelinesArt". We hope that you find something special for yourself or for that special someone in your life!

Here is a sample from her shop

Stop by and see all of her beautiful work.

Thank you Lisa for all of your participation. You are a welcome addition to our team.
